Eve's Garden of Wellness, back to top

Meet me in the garden. Eve's Garden of Wellness.

Community sound healing, breathwork, and rest in South LA for anyone who has been carrying too much for too long. All ages, donation-based, and kids are always free. Put it down for an hour. We'll hold the space.

Our roots

Life asks a lot of our minds and bodies. Stress, grief, exhaustion, and every day's responsibilities pile up in the nervous system. Eve's Garden exists so nobody in our community has to carry that alone.

Est. 2025

Planted in Los Angeles by a founder who believes wellness belongs to everyone.

501(c)(3)

A public charity. Sessions stay donation-based so cost is never the reason you stay home.

Year one

Our first grant arrived a year and five months in. We are just getting started.

All ages

Children, teens, adults, elders. Kids under 16 are always free.

The practice: Reflect, Release, Reset

  1. Reflect

    Notice what you are carrying.

Slow down long enough to hear yourself. Guided stillness, body check-ins, and honest questions you never have to answer out loud.

  2. Release

Let the sound do the heavy lifting.

Crystal singing bowls and long, slow breaths give your nervous system permission to put down what no longer serves you.

  3. Reset

Walk back into your week lighter.

Leave regulated, reconnected, and a little more like yourself. Then come back next time, because healing is a practice.

Sound healing

Close your eyes. Touch a bowl.

Crystal bowls hold one long, slow tone that invites your nervous system to downshift. Turn your sound on, tap a bowl, and listen until it fades. That quiet after the note is the whole point.

a private session, in the garden

What a sound bath can do for you.

  1. Relaxation and stress relief
  2. Nervous system regulation
  3. Deeper breathing and mindfulness
  4. Easing tension and overwhelm
  5. Emotional balance and clarity
  6. Room for stillness and rest

Sound healing supports wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Take a breath

Take a breath. We'll wait.

You don't have to wait for Monday. Pick what you need right now and we'll breathe you through it, one gentle reminder at a time. Sound is optional. Your phone is fine. Nobody is watching.

Follow the bloom for a few breaths, or choose a practice.

Gatherings

Four ways to meet us in the garden.

Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, you'll be met with water, a warm welcome, and room to simply be. No experience, no special clothes, no explaining yourself.

What wellness brings

Real people. Real rooms. Real relief.

Wellness isn't a luxury here. It's a neighbor making room for you. Here is some of what that has looked like.

    He heard every note

Two dear friends expecting their first baby asked for a quiet hour before their son arrived. Somewhere in the middle of the bowls, he started kicking along.

“It was in this moment I knew, this beautiful baby boy heard every note.”

    Real conversations, closed with sound

Men and women sat in one room for an open conversation guided by clinicians. When the talking was done, we closed the night with a sound bath so everyone could carry it home gently.

    “Community heals together.”
  • A body map at the festival with sticky notes marking where emotions are felt

    Our 2nd Annual Wellness Festival

Wellness grows from what we know

Herbal wisdom, fresh-pressed juice, rockets made from household things, and a life-size body map where kids and adults pointed to where their feelings live. A whole day of the neighborhood pouring back into itself.

    “Healing starts with awareness.”

    Pouring back into our brothers

Two restorative sound baths in the Zen Lounge at Magic Johnson Park, alongside AA Wellness LA. A place for men to put the weight down, breathe, and simply be held.
